This class is designed to give expecting parents a confident understanding of the birth process and one's choices during the labor experience. From prenatal preparation, through the stages of birth, and into the postpartum period; parents will gain the knowledge to make the best choices for their birth goals.
Labor Comfort Measures
Expectant parents will learn the natural progressions of labor and methods of labor management which support minimal medical interventions. Interactive lessons and hands on practice of comfort measures discussed help create confidence in labor and birth choices.
This class should be taken in addition to regular childbirth education classes.
