Childbirth Education Class $60/class
From prenatal preparation, through the stages of birth, and into the postpartum period; parents will gain the knowledge to make the best choices for their birth goals. Interactive lessons and hands on practice of comfort measures discussed help create confidence in labor and birth choices.

Birth Doula Support $900 value
The experienced and continuous support of the doula gives confidence to the mother and partner as they go through the birth experience. This support has been shown to decrease labor length, reduce requests for pain medication, have lower rates of cesarean birth, & increases satisfaction with the birth.
The Doula perceives her role as nurturing and protecting the woman's memory of the birth experience. At the same time, the doula enables the woman's partner to participate at his/her comfort level. Woman and partner become closer through the experience of birth.

In Home Lactation Consultation $50 per visit
Learn how to feed your baby with confidence and comfort with an in-home lactation consultation. A full evaluation of the breastfeeding dynamic is provided along with an action plan to help you meet your feeding goals. A typical visit is 2 hours of support.
